In election coverage from October 3-16 among major print outlets, statements from Romney were amplified much more than statements from Obama. Out of statements of only the two candidates, Romney had a VoiceShare between 60-80% for the 5 print outlets shown, with Obama hovering between 20-40%. It will be interesting to see if this VoiceShare ratio shifted toward Obama following the final two debates between Obama and Romney.
